Arrival and departure

On the day of arrival, our apartments and rooms are available from 4.00 p.m. On the day of departure, we ask you to leave your apartment or room until 09.00 a.m.

Parking

Parking is provided directly at our Gästehaus Arnold. If you spend your holiday in our alpine chalet, you can park your car ca. 100 m below the hut.

Way to the alpine chalet

Our chalet is located about 2,000 m above the sea. The approach to the hut is via a forest road which is used as a toboggan run in winter. Therefore, you absolutely need an all-wheel vehicle suited for winter, also snow chains are required usually. We are happy to inform you personally! 

Payment
Please consider that we cannot accept debit or credit cards. Payment is possible only in cash or via bank transfer in advance. The next ATM is located in the town centre of Sölden.

Deposit

Please consider that your reservation is valid only after receipt of a deposit in the amount of 50% of the full booking price. Please transfer the respective amount within 14 days without any costs to the recipient. The bank account details are given to you when you book your accomodation.  

Cancellation

In case of early departure or late arrival, we charge 100% of the price for the agreed time frame (date of arrival until date of departure). In case of cancellation, the deposit will be retained as cancellation fee.   

Travel insurance
In case of an unforseen event, we recommend taking out a travel insurance policy e.g. the European Travel Insurance (www.europaeische.at).

Pets
In order to keep the high standard of our apartments, we cannot allow dogs or other pets in our apartments. Thank you for your understanding.

Please consider that smoking is prohibited in our rooms and apartments and also in the alpine chalet.
